Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
Motivational Interviewing (MI)
Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS)
Behavioral Contingency
Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP)
Coordination with School/Primary Care/Med Providers
Session Structure
Sessions are generally 45 minutes, but can occasionally be 30 or 60 minutes depending on need and intervention type.

An initial Intake Evaluation (Attended by parents and the child for minors) aims to assess family needs, therapeutic match with clinician, and to start developing a Treatment Plan.

Follow-up sessions can be scheduled anywhere from weekly to monthly and can be mainly with the individual, the parents, the family, or some combination during the course of a session.
